I was listening to a pastor from out in the mid-west preach a really great message from 1 Samuel 4 concerning the Ark of the Covenant. When I left the pastorate back in May of 2017, I was preaching verse-by-verse through 1 Samuel. So I wanted to hear what I had preached on the same text as the other preacher I had been listening to. Not to compare, but to revisit how I looked at the chapter. As I listened to the Wednesday night message from March 8th 2017, I was shocked at what I said!
