I recently digitized one of Evangelist Buster Seaton’s messages entitled, “The Last Reflections of a Dying Preacher.” In that message, as he was speaking on how Paul wanted Timothy to bring him the parchments (the scriptures), Bro. Buster shares, what I believe to be, an original work of his which is somewhat of an ode to the Bible. It blessed my heart! One day I hope to quote it when I preach along these lines in my personal ministry, so I took the liberty of transcribing it. I hope it is a blessing to you! Why, it’s a glorious Book;

\nIt’s God’s Book for guarding the Truth;
\nIt’s the gospel Book: The Bible!<\/p>\n

\nIt’s the hymn Book of all hymn books: The Bible!<\/p>\n

It’s an indefinable Book;

\n(The word means it gives flavor; Every day this precious old Book gives flavor in my life;)
